Here at HSS we are very passionate about God’s Word and helping Lutheran Women not only connect with God’s Word but also with each other! If you have some thoughts on your heart or have done research on a certain topic we would love for you to share these with the Lutheran women of Australia through our platform!

Post Submission Guidelines

• Please send your submission to hereshestands.blog@gmail.com

• Format: please post the text into the body of your email or attach it as a Word Document to you email

• Please aim for a word count between 500-1,000 words. Posts falling outside of this will be considered case by case.

• Please only submit original content. For copyright reasons if a post has been published elsewhere, please do not submit it.

• Make sure all words presented as your own are in fact your words or are adequately cited.

• Please include a short (2-3 sentence) bio with your article if you want one to run with your piece. Feel free to include your personal website if applicable. We would also really appreciate a photo of you to go with your bio.

• Please note whether you want to be considered as a regular contributor or would like to just send occasional or single posts.

Content Guidelines

We are interested in any topic that may be relevant to the Lutheran Women of Australia.  We ask you read our Statement of Faith and ensure that your writings are aligned with this. We reserve the right to edit all submissions for content and format. We may or may not have the ability to send revisions your way before running them, so if that’s a deal breaker please be mindful of our time.
