In 2022, I began a small business called ‘grace_cloud_by_design’ and this fulfilled a much-needed personal outlet for my creativity, in an already busy, challenging lifestyle. This interest provided me with a pro-active space for continued learning, as well as enjoying shared creative interests together with others. My own creative interests as an Educator and Art Therapist, is mainly woven into using natural medium: such as wool textiles, leather and clay. With an appreciation of God’s glorious creation through nature, my aim is to create beautiful, sustainable products which reflect those natural colours and textures found in nature, through handspun, handknitted, hand-woven, and hand-made items that can be worn or used in a practical and sustainable way.  

Born in Australia, but with a European heritage, my heart is grateful for my Ukrainian background which has nurtured a life-long interest to create. My Lutheran Theological studies, added an appreciation of how God uses creation to continually create beautiful things in His Kingdom here on earth and in heaven. My spiritual and cultural heritage, together with an ongoing inspiration from nature, motivate me to continue as an artisan. Living near the sea, objects of natural beauty provide a creative theme and I enjoy sharing this interest with others through my hand-made products, one-to-one lessons, workshops and retreat days.
