One of the privileges of being a convert to the Lutheran church is that you are confronted with the Lutheran Liturgy. The Lutheran Liturgy is a beautiful re-enactment and reminder of the Gospel story, and I have come to see that our Lutheran Liturgy is rich and beautiful! To help teach my children and others, I've designed these Learn Lutheran Liturgy Boards!
This Learn the Liturgy board is based on a common setting for a typical Lutheran Divine Service. Services can vary slightly from church to church or even week to week. Your church may even use another setting. You can still use this Learn the Liturgy Board during these services; your children can simply attach the churches in the different order or leave some of the sections uncovered. This is also a great opportunity to explain to your children why and how the service differs. This tool encourages children to ask questions - questions that even you may be curious about! We encourage you to ask your pastor.
You can also print off the Learn the Liturgy Board as many times as you like and use it as a colouring page.
